SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

With SecNetCo you will already be pleasantly surprised with our vastly superior level of service and attention to detail.

The different classes of alarm systems and their components need to be checked, maintained and serviced within maximum intervals of 12 or 24 months. Your Security Consultant will notify you, in plenty of time, to remind you that the service and maintenance check-up is due.

A report will be generated for each maintenance visit and shall be forwarded to you confirming that maintenance has been carried out and current compliance status of your security system. We will check item as applicable such as alarm activation and reporting, tamper activation, any compromise of the various devises, voltage of the system, battery checks, control equipment and testing the systems audible, visual and warning devises etc.

This report may also contain further recommendations for any alterations that would either improve the systems performance or any modifications necessary to maintain the systems compliance.

The report will be signed by both the technician completing it and yourself, with a copy for you and one being retained for our records.

If you decide to move house at any time then please do keep us in the loop. Please contact us if you want to take part/s of the intruder alarm system with you. Should this ever be an option please discuss it with your consultant.

At SecNetCo we have log books (as appropriate to the alarm classification) to record information required and follow the rules and regulations set out by the applicable Australian/New Zealand Standards.A
